Subject Matter Expert – Islamic Finance, Arabic, GCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in Arabic that reflect Islamic finance practices in the GCC.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and overall professional quality.

• Offer expert feedback and help create high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Arabic (MSA) speaker with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Islamic Finance or Financial Services, including areas such as structuring, compliance, audit, risk, and investment analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products and frameworks, such as Murabaha, Ijara, and Sukuk.

• Familiarity with regulatory environments in the GCC, including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks.

• Proficient in writing and evaluating professional-grade financial content in Arabic, with a keen attention to detail.
