Subject Matter Expert – International Trade & Logistics, English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios in International Trade and Logistics in either Spanish or English, based on Mexican operational contexts (e.g., import/export documentation, customs clearance, application of Incoterms, freight coordination, international transportation, trade compliance, warehouse operations, supply chain planning, etc.).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for logistics problem-solving, customs and trade compliance, customer communication, transportation management, shipment coordination, and operations in international trade.

• Assess responses generated by AI and humans for factual accuracy, compliance with regulations, operational feasibility, logistics best practices, and quality of customer service.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices in Mexican international trade, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and global logistics operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish along with strong professional capabilities in English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Import/Export Operations, or Global Trade Compliance.

• Comprehensive understanding of Mexican import/export regulations, customs processes, international shipping documentation, Incoterms, tariff classification, trade compliance, transportation management, supply chain operations, and cross-border commerce.
