Subject Matter Expert – Healthcare & Social Assistance, Spanish LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in the target language that reflect the clinical and administrative environments of the target locale (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows).

• Develop organized evaluation rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and considerations for patient safety.

• Review and evaluate AI and human-generated responses for medical accuracy, operational feasibility, and quality of communication.

• Contribute to “gold standard” responses that align with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.

• Ensure cultural and contextual relevance in target language healthcare settings, including hospital workflows and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare or social assistance fields.

• Background in one or more relevant positions: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, or Administrative Supervisor in healthcare environments.

• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards.

• Ability to assess accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related material.
