Subject Matter Expert, Healthcare & Social Assistance, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Create realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Japanese that reflect clinical and administrative settings specific to the target locale (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows).

• Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, administrative precision, and patient safety considerations.

• Review and evaluate AI and human-generated responses for medical accuracy, operational feasibility, and quality of communication.

• Contribute to "gold standard" answers that align with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.

• Ensure that cultural and contextual appropriateness is maintained in target language healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native speaker of the target language with strong proficiency in professional English.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, or Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings.

• Solid understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards.

• Ability to assess accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content.
