Subject Matter Expert – Healthcare & Social Assistance, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios in healthcare and social assistance within the target language that accurately represent local clinical and administrative environments (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows).

• Develop comprehensive evaluation rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, administrative precision, and considerations for patient safety.

• Review and evaluate responses generated by both AI and humans for medical accuracy, operational practicality, and communication effectiveness.

• Contribute to the development of “gold standard” answers that adhere to best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.

• Ensure cultural and contextual relevance within target language healthcare settings, including hospital procedures and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience within the healthcare or social assistance fields.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards.

• Capability to assess accuracy, safety implications, and operational viability in healthcare-related content.
