This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios in healthcare and social assistance that reflect clinical and administrative environments in the target language.

• Design structured evaluation rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, accuracy in administration, and considerations for patient safety.

• Analyze and score responses generated by AI and humans for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and quality of communication.

• Collaborate on "gold standard" responses that align with the best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.

• Ensure cultural and contextual relevance in healthcare settings in the target language, including hospital workflows and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare or social assistance fields.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions such as Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, or Administrative Supervisor in healthcare environments.

• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and standards of patient care.

• Capacity to assess accuracy, implications for safety, and operational viability in healthcare-related content.
