• Engaging proactively with the client to provide high-quality software solutions.

• Effectively communicating with client colleagues regarding processes, delivery, and team dynamics to enhance team efficiency.

• Continuously improving the codebase and associated systems while addressing technical debt as part of the software delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Quick adaptation to new software systems and domains, with a focus on identifying root causes.

• Proven experience in collaborating with teams to promote work decomposition and the adoption of effective agile methodologies.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the US or Canada.
