Styleguides Artist – Licensing & Consumer Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Produce artworks, illustrations, graphics, patterns, and visual assets for Pazu’s licensing and consumer products initiatives.

• Establish and uphold detailed art and creative guidelines for external collaborators, licensees, and manufacturers.

• Interpret the visual language of Avatar World into clear and cohesive design guidelines across various product categories.

• Specify the use of characters, colors, environments, typography, graphics, patterns, and other brand elements.

• Modify existing game assets and artwork for physical products and consumer-facing applications.

• Develop style guidelines for licensing collections and product requirements.

• Work alongside the Creative Director, Art Directors, and Product Development teams on new product lines, collections, and concepts.

• Evaluate partner-created artwork and products for alignment with Pazu’s visual standards.

• Enhance and expand the creative toolkit as the brand and licensing activities progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional experience in illustration, visual design, graphic design, or art direction.

• Exceptional hands-on illustration and design capabilities.

• Experience in creating artwork and assets for brands, products, or commercial uses.

• Familiarity with developing brand guidelines, style guides, toolkits, or creative systems is a plus.

• Strong grasp of composition, color, character design, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to adapt existing intellectual property into new artwork while maintaining its visual identity.

• Experience with children's brands, entertainment, gaming, licensing, consumer products, or character-based intellectual property would be a significant advantage.

• Keen attention to detail and visual consistency.

• Capability to provide both high-level creative direction and production-ready visual assets.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver clear visual feedback.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — Required.

• Excellent command of the English language.
