Study Start-up Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the facilitation of site initiation and maintain communication with both internal and external team members.

• Contribute to activities related to site initiation and activation.

• Collaborate directly with designated sites to collect and review all essential documents related to the site.

• Work alongside sites to review and approve site-level Informed Consent Forms (ICFs).

• Partner with the internal Study Startup team, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Clinical Operations teams, and Therapeutic Area Unit (TAU) partners to enhance overall Site Start-Up (SSU) metrics and processes.

• Examine essential site documents necessary for start-up, including ICFs, Financial Disclosure Forms (FDFs), Form 1572, and Curricula Vitae (CVs).

• Quickly identify and address potential delays in site activation, escalating issues to the appropriate team members.

• Monitor all actions and communications with sites to ensure that timelines are met for assigned studies and sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent international qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research Site Start-Up within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• Capability to interpret data to support decision-making processes, ensuring a data-driven approach.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and essential documentation.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
