Study Operations Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provides direction and strategic oversight for study and regional initiatives from initiation to completion.

• Manages the preferred Contract Research Organization and oversees country-specific plans.

• Collaborates with regulatory team members to establish submission strategies.

• Develops recruitment strategies and addresses risks associated with study execution.

• Oversees vendor partnerships and ensures follow-up on operational quality events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts degree with at least 5 years of applicable operational clinical trial experience is required.

• Master’s of Science or Master’s of Business Administration degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience is required.

• A degree in a scientific or technical field is preferred.
