This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ The Study Director acts as the main contact for scientific design, PDX tumor model selection, and the execution of projects.
β’ Oversees studies with intricate technical aspects and a broader range of endpoints, including Immuno-oncology and Hematological investigations.
β’ Establishes scientific requirements from clients and formulates study designs and protocols in accordance with IACUC regulations.
β’ Works in conjunction with the Business Development team to strengthen client relationships and promote ongoing business.
β’ Delivers outstanding customer service and resolves communication issues during the preparation, implementation, and completion of TOS projects.
β’ A Ph.D. in chemical or biological sciences is preferred.
β’ 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pre-clinical research or a comparable role.
β’ Strong scientific understanding of preclinical research platforms.
β’ Expertise in molecular biology techniques, including but not limited to cell-based assays, ELISA, PCR, and IHC.
β’ Familiarity with flow cytometry data analysis is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of project management and oncology research is essential.
β’ Proficiency in in vivo oncology models (Xenograft/PDX) is required.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
β’ Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with familiarity with statistical software such as GraphPad Prism.
