This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Act as the primary contact for daily Site communications, document submissions, and the coordination of activities.

• Assist with pre-screening, screening, and recruitment processes as required.

• Responsible for re-consenting subjects, obtaining medical records, and executing protocol activities as instructed by the Principal Investigator.

• Carry out data entry, assess and respond to system inquiries, and oversee clinical databases as needed.

• Establish and uphold timely communication at the Site as assigned.

• Maintain documentation in accordance with IRB/FDA regulations.

• Aid in the study closeout process.

• Support the site with additional study-related tasks as directed.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Study Coordinator.

• Proficient in both Tamil and English.

• Capable of utilizing technology and web-based research platforms on a PC (Microsoft OS) laptop in a remote work environment.

• Experience with Study Teams is preferred.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other Clinical Study Coordinators to delegate tasks as necessary.

• Up-to-date knowledge of and the capacity to apply ICH/GCP and relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Proficient in standard business procedures, including but not limited to SOPs and global regulations.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
