Study Coordinator – Clinical Site Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee participant scheduling, execution of visits, and follow-up activities across various studies.

• Aid in the recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention of patients experiencing sleep disorders.

• Facilitate sleep-related assessments (such as PSG, MWT, actigraphy) along with PRO/eCOA completion.

• Guarantee precise, timely, and ALCOA+-compliant data entry and source documentation.

• Keep study files organized and ensure readiness for ongoing inspections.

• Assist in resolving queries, reconciling data, and preparing for monitoring visits.

• Monitor and report protocol deviations, eligibility concerns, and operational risks.

• Manage cross-functional communication among site, CRO, and sponsor teams.

• Support the handling of investigational products (IP) and site logistics, as necessary.

• Provide assistance with data entry into EDC as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is highly preferred.

• Significant experience in clinical research coordination and administrative management is essential.

• Proven capability to lead and manage teams effectively within a complex environment.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in clinical trial software and tools, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
