Study Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of clinical study contracts, budgets, and associated agreements within the EU region.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, business development, and study teams, to ensure that contract terms align with company goals and compliance obligations.

• Manage contract workflows to adhere to study timelines and client expectations.

• Offer strategic advice on contractual risks and opportunities in relation to regional compliance and regulatory frameworks.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors, acting as a trusted advisor on contract-related issues.

• Assist in process enhancements and standardization initiatives within the contract management function.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical study contracting within the EU.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications in contract management is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research contract management, with a strong emphasis on EU-based study agreements.

• Experience in budget negotiation is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial regulations, local laws, and compliance requirements within the EU.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external teams.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in contract management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is considered a significant advantage.
