
Studio Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients to convert objectives into briefs, timelines, and milestones.
• Create and adjust production schedules for editors and photo/video teams as necessary.
• Conduct quality control reviews focusing on audio, color, exposure, pacing, and platform specifications.
• Develop and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, meeting specifications and client briefs.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a creative agency or production studio, overseeing photo, video, and marketing deliverables.
• Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent client projects, with documented timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Proficient in Monday.com (or similar project management tools), Frame.io, and Vimeo.
• Practical experience with Google Workspace and macOS-based creative workflows.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite's post-production processes (editing, color grading, audio editing).
• Ability to provide technical quality control feedback concerning audio, color, exposure, pacing, aspect ratios, and platform-specific delivery requirements.
• Proficient in English at a C1+ level (CEFR).
• Experience with HoneyBook, Dubsado, or similar client CRM/contract platforms (Preferred).
• Background working with clients in the education sector or mission-driven brands (Preferred).
• Experience coordinating creative teams based in the US across Pacific Time zones (Preferred).
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing standard operating procedures across creative production teams (Preferred).
• Experience scheduling and managing freelance editors, photographers, and videographers (Preferred).
