Student Success Manager – Executive Learners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for students from the onboarding process through to course completion.

• Facilitate individual and group support sessions for learners across various time zones.

• Assist learners in developing study plans and tracking their progress towards completion.

• Recognize and address learning or engagement obstacles promptly, providing practical solutions.

• Ensure clear and timely communication through email, chat, and video conferencing.

• Work in collaboration with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to achieve learner objectives.

• Track learner performance and engagement utilizing monitoring tools and reports.

• Gather and analyze feedback from learners to suggest enhancements to processes.

• Offer support to alumni and cultivate a sense of community among former participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in educational or training settings.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of learners.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in facilitating online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning environments.

• Empathetic, proactive, and capable of managing sensitive information with professionalism.

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership regarding learner outcomes.
