Student Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for learners from the onboarding phase until course completion.

• Facilitate both individual and group support sessions for learners across various time zones.

• Assist learners in creating study plans and managing their progress towards completion.

• Recognize and tackle learning or engagement obstacles early on, providing practical solutions.

• Ensure clear and timely communication through email, chat, and video calls.

• Work collaboratively with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to achieve learner objectives.

• Track learner performance and engagement using monitoring tools and reports.

• Gather and analyze learner feedback to suggest improvements in processes.

• Offer support to alumni and nurture a sense of community among former participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement within educational or training settings.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of learners.

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in facilitating online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning environments.

• Empathetic, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership regarding learner outcomes.
