This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Serve as the main point of contact for learners from the onboarding process through to the completion of their courses.

• Facilitate both individual and group support sessions for learners across various time zones.

• Assist learners in formulating study plans and tracking their progress towards completion.

• Proactively identify and tackle learning or engagement obstacles, providing practical solutions.

• Ensure clear and responsive communication through email, chat, and video conferencing.

• Work alongside facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to help learners achieve their goals.

• Track and monitor learner performance and engagement using various tracking tools and reports.

• Gather and analyze feedback from learners to suggest process enhancements.

• Offer support to alumni and nurture a sense of community among former participants.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in educational or training settings.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of learners.

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience in facilitating online sessions or coaching learners (preferred).

• Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning environments.

• Empathetic, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership regarding learner outcomes.
