Student Qualifying Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with potential students through outbound calls, web chat platforms, and inquiries from new students.

• Evaluate prospective students and refer them to Admissions Representatives.

• Manage the Salesforce database by overseeing inquiries and maintaining documentation.

• Represent the university positively during various meetings and events.

• Keep in touch with admissions staff and carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university.

• Strong communication and listening abilities.

• Capability to learn and navigate admissions databases and CRM systems.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Experience in higher education is preferred.

• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and complex environment to achieve excellent results.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are preferred.
