Student Loan Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual consultations with clients to assess and analyze their options for federal and private student loan repayment.

• Clearly articulate the various federal repayment programs, including income-driven repayment (IDR) plans and loan forgiveness opportunities.

• Assist borrowers in obtaining refinance offers through the Juno platform.

• Provide timely follow-up communications after each consultation and support clients throughout the complete application process.

• Ensure accurate and current CRM records of all client interactions are maintained.

• Organize and lead follow-up meetings as necessary, tailored to each borrower's circumstances and timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the student loan sector, including federal loan programs and repayment alternatives.

• Knowledge of lending, banking, and refinancing, especially within the student loan and personal lending domains.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex financial concepts in straightforward terms.

• Prior experience in a client-facing financial services or sales position is preferred.

• Self-driven with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working remotely, with the ability to travel for business or training as required.
