Student Experience Associate – Mandarin-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to enhance student experiences and boost satisfaction levels.

• Offer prompt, customized support to Mandarin-speaking CGA students and their families.

• Act as the main contact for students and parents throughout the academic year.

• Utilize WhatsApp and email for communication, and handle calls via Zoom.

• Manage subject changes, withdrawals, and re-enrollment processes.

• Operate and maintain both administrative and educational online platforms.

• Oversee and enhance the onboarding processes for parents and students.

• Coordinate orientation sessions and check-in calls.

• Tailor onboarding and orientation activities for the Chinese market.

• Work alongside academic, product, sales, admissions, and other CGA teams.

• Assist in projects aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability in student experience and support systems.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and solving problems strategically.

• High adaptability to learning and a strong understanding of technology and systems.

• Skilled at building rapport and establishing trust with stakeholders, students, and families.

• Team-oriented with an openness to feedback.

• Excellent time management and stress management abilities.

• Possess empathy, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of adaptability.

• Available from Tuesdays to Saturdays, 1 pm to 10 pm in the GMT+8 timezone.

• Able to attend a weekly meeting outside of these hours to accommodate team members in different time zones.
