Student Enrolment Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engaging with prospective students who have shown interest in pursuing their studies.

• Handling incoming inquiries and making outbound calls via an automated dialler.

• Assisting students in navigating course options using a consultative sales methodology.

• Following up on applications and aiding students in completing the enrolment process.

• Addressing inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.

• Keeping precise CRM records and overseeing your sales pipeline.

• Meeting enrolment and sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

• Collaborating with your team through daily coaching sessions and team huddles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-based sales.

• Demonstrated success in B2C consultative sales, student enrolments, or admissions advising.

• Experience in meeting KPIs, sales goals, or performance objectives.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence in managing multiple opportunities within a sales pipeline.

• A proactive, organized, and self-motivated demeanor when working remotely.

• Experience in higher education or educational sales is highly valued but not mandatory.
