Student Enrollment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the center, delivering both academic and emotional support to students.

• Respond promptly to new inquiries.

• Meet with both new and returning students from Oregon to assist them in selecting courses.

• Regularly update student academic plans.

• Enroll students in courses and monitor their progress in the learning center.

• Provide assistance to international students regarding document verification.

• Develop and revise graduation planners.

• Monitor the progress of NCAA students and make necessary updates to transcripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a closely related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within a learning center or educational institution.

• Significant experience in working with students facing learning and emotional challenges.

• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth.

• A genuine passion for education and aiding students with learning and emotional difficulties.
