This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Act as the initial point of contact for users, addressing inquiries, providing information about courses, and resolving issues.
• Proactively engage with potential customers, offering comprehensive course consultations and assisting them in making informed educational decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with existing customers by delivering efficient and high-quality service, responding quickly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain precise and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Collaborate with the team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.
• Stay informed about the company's course content, pricing, and policies to guarantee the accuracy of information provided to customers.
• Actively participate in training webinars to acquire the latest educational updates and product knowledge, thereby enhancing professional skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university; proficiency in Chinese, with CET-4 or above, along with basic English reading and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar positions is preferred; candidates with a background in the education sector are particularly valued.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant office software.
• A positive attitude towards work, patience, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing customer issues in a professional and constructive manner.
