Student Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.

• Provide guidance to students regarding courses, entry requirements, fees, and subsequent steps.

• Consistently follow up with prospective students and leads.

• Ensure that student and lead information in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date.

• Assist applicants throughout the documentation and admissions process.

• Strive to meet weekly targets for contact rates, conversions, and response times.

• Deliver a professional and supportive experience during the student journey.

• Recognize common questions and objections from students and relay feedback to the broader team.

• Collaborate closely with the UK team to effectively support prospective students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service, or telesales.

• Confident and professional communication abilities, especially over the phone.

• A calm, patient, and student-centered approach.

• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setting.

• Proficient in using CRM systems, email, and online meeting tools.

• A stable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for handling calls.

• Experience in advising students on UK or international study pathways is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is advantageous.

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
