Structured Finance, Investment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and enhance comprehensive project finance and valuation models.

• Assist and take the lead in structuring and securing third-party debt and equity.

• Evaluate new opportunities in solar PV and energy storage across Alight’s markets.

• Facilitate and direct cross-functional workstreams, including documentation and closing processes.

• Interact with lenders, investors, and advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in investment and/or financing positions.

• Excellent financial modeling capabilities with substantial practical experience.

• Competent in independently constructing and refining complex project finance models.

• Background in managing transactions (M&A, financing, or similar).

• Strong proficiency in Excel and overall Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English.
