Structural Revit Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create structural plans, sections, details, schedules, and comprehensive construction document packages for a variety of building projects.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed Structural Revit models and drawing sets throughout every phase of design and construction.

• Prepare structural detailing for various systems including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and post-tensioned concrete.

• Collaborate with Structural Engineers to convert engineering calculations and design concepts into cohesive, buildable construction documents.

• Assist in the planning, design, and documentation of structural systems from schematic design to the completion of final construction documents.

• Evaluate project information and drawings to proactively detect discrepancies and potential RFIs before they affect construction.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in producing structural construction documents for building projects is required.

• Proven experience in supporting structural engineering teams on projects in commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, healthcare, educational, mixed-use, or similar sectors.

• Advanced proficiency in Structural Revit is essential.

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office applications.
