Structural Engineer – III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Execute structural engineering responsibilities for Civil and Electrical construction initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with fellow structural engineers.

• Conduct field surveys and studies to deliver practical and cost-efficient solutions.

• Utilize design software to create technical drawings and specifications.

• Offer guidance to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and requirements.

• Inspect finished installations to verify compliance.

• Carry out detailed calculations to define construction standards and specifications.

• Review and give feedback on third-party structural designs.

• Actively mentor junior engineers and designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a Structural Focus.

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License is mandatory.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, RISA-3D, RISA-Connection, Revit, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Building Analysis and Design Software for materials such as concrete, steel, wood, and plastics, including Advance Steel.

• Capability to apply principles of mechanics, mathematics, physics, material science, and 3D concepts to innovative problem-solving.
