Structural Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive structural designs for buildings, bridges, industrial structures, and various construction projects utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.

• Develop structural models and drawings that accurately represent engineering calculations and fulfill project requirements.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and construction teams to guarantee that designs are feasible, cost-efficient, and practical.

• Perform preliminary and detailed structural analysis using tools like STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or other structural analysis software.

• Review and confirm that all structural drawings are precise, complete, and compliant with project standards.

• Identify potential design issues and recommend enhancements to improve structural integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is preferred.

• 0-3 years of experience in structural design and drafting.

• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, etc.).

• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering principles.

• Exceptional drafting skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the flexibility to adapt designs based on project constraints.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
