Strong Junior/Middle Manual QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, regulate, and propose enhancements to QA processes across various projects/products.

• Collaborate and coordinate with QA specialists on multiple projects.

• Establish priorities, review testing procedures, and manage QA operations.

• Coordinate activities related to Automation and Performance testing.

• Work in close partnership with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Engage in product releases and pinpoint testing requirements.

• Provide hands-on testing support for products in urgent situations.

• Manage QA competencies, skills, and professional development.

• Identify skill deficiencies and organize training and educational sessions.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

• Manage risks associated with testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software QA.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of testing techniques, QA methodologies, tools, and processes, along with practical implementation experience.

• Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the bug/story lifecycle.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at an upper-intermediate level.

• Practical experience with Jenkins or other Continuous Integration (CI) build systems (build, deploy, run tests).

• Experience with version control systems, specifically GIT.

• Basic experience in a programming language.

• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• ISTQB certification or a comparable qualification.
