Manual QA Engineer, Web, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and develop test cases for new features.

• Conduct testing on the internal CRM system.

• Evaluate email campaigns and push notifications.

• Execute manual testing of the web application, encompassing functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing.

• Validate APIs using Postman/Swagger (covering basic positive and negative scenarios).

• Utilize DevTools for log analysis, network requests, and console error identification.

• Identify testing risks and engage in task planning activities.

• Compose clear and well-organized bug reports containing reproduction steps, prioritization, and contextual information.

• Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in manual QA (web), specifically in testing CRM systems and email campaigns.

• Familiarity with SDLC/STLC, various testing types, and test design methodologies.

• Proficient in using Postman or comparable tools for API testing.

• Experience in writing test cases and bug reports within any TMS/Jira.

• Background in working with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, or DataGrip.

• Basic knowledge of Git (including pull, checkout, and code review) and CI/CD tools (such as GitLab).

• Experience handling logs in Lens/Grafana and using debugging tools like Charles or Fiddler.

• Additional advantage: Experience with automation skills.

• Familiarity with automating routine tasks, such as data generation, database query writing, and creating mock data.
