Strategy & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel the growth of in-person behavioral healthcare services.

• Oversee initiatives to enhance in-person psychiatry offerings.

• Develop a comprehensive office safety and suitability program.

• Act as the operational lead and subject matter authority for in-person psychiatry.

• Collaborate with supply teams to create provider acquisition pathways.

• Formulate compelling value propositions.

• Design strategies for demand generation.

• Ensure regulatory compliance across targeted markets.

• Take ownership of new high-impact projects as the in-person care model expands and strategic priorities shift.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff, or analytical roles at a prestigious consulting firm, a high-growth technology company, or a two-sided marketplace.

• 2+ years of experience in leading and executing intricate, cross-functional initiatives.

• Exceptional analytical and modeling capabilities.

• Direct experience in data querying, utilizing tools such as Looker or Hex.

• Proficient in constructing complex financial or operational models using Google Sheets.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills suited for a remote work setting.

• Capacity to distill complex analyses into concise summaries and adapt communication for audiences ranging from core teams to executives.

• Experience in strategy development, encompassing the identification of business challenges and transforming potential solutions into actionable plans.

• Must reside in the United States; Rula does not currently employ individuals in Hawaii.

• Previous experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred.

• Familiarity with strategic planning or OKR processes is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce reporting is preferred.

• Familiarity with project-tracking tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
