This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Manage the complete leadership operating cadence, which includes weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings, and All Hands sessions.
• Take ownership of agendas, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions for leadership forums.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews, distill insights, and drive subsequent actions.
• Oversee weekly operational rhythms, encompassing performance reviews, KPI and OKR tracking, variance analysis, and strategic escalations.
• Prepare succinct, decision-ready documents for the Head of Operations and the executive committee.
• Keep records of decisions and commitments, ensuring they are followed through to completion.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of company priorities, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and connect teams towards common goals.
• Design, standardize, and scale essential processes, frameworks, and playbooks.
• Identify and resolve friction points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Lead 1–3 high-priority strategic and operational initiatives from inception to completion.
• Monitor actions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives, proactively surfacing issues as they arise.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, strategic program management, chief-of-staff roles, or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record of execution rather than merely advising.
• Experience in transforming data into actionable recommendations and synthesizing insights into concrete next steps.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, rigorously assess inputs, and navigate ambiguous or incomplete data.
• Proactive and structured problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated capability to design, implement, and scale operational processes effectively.
• Strong cross-functional experience is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to exert influence without direct authority.
• A hands-on and pragmatic approach to challenges.
• Fluent in English, which is the primary working language.
• Based in Ireland or Portugal with the ability to work fully remotely.
• Bonus: experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance workflows, initiate projects, or scale processes.
