Strategy & Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and standardize new functions and processes prior to the hiring of specialists (including implementations, recruiting, marketing, business operations, and more).

• Manage cross-functional priorities that evolve each quarter based on the company's requirements.

• Design robust playbooks and systems that ensure the success of future hires.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO while working closely with the sales and engineering teams.

• Assist in customer-facing activities as necessary, which may include occasional travel for implementations or case studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate work experience in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong analytical and structured background, ideally from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations.

• A flexible and adaptable generalist capable of working autonomously with a steep learning curve.

• Enthusiastic about a dynamic, fast-paced role where priorities frequently change.
