This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Gathering, consolidating, transforming, and automating headcount and budget data from various systems into standardized and automated formats.
• Leading requirements collection, user acceptance testing, and the automation of dashboards and analytical tools utilizing platforms like Tableau, Google Apps Scripts, Gemini, and Claude Code.
• Collaborating with finance teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition to ensure precise tracking and maintenance of headcount and cost data while standardizing procedures for these activities.
• Identifying and analyzing anomalies or discrepancies in headcount or OpEx data and recommending corrective measures or enhancements to data quality.
• Facilitating improved data intelligence through the automation of OpEx & Headcount Reporting.
• Partnering with leadership in strategy & operations, hiring managers, finance, and talent acquisition to ensure alignment on reporting objectives, analytical needs, and automation efforts.
• Proposing and implementing best practices in data governance and analytics.
• Possess relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
• Have a strong understanding of Matrix / Virtual Org Dynamics: adept at allocating costs and headcount across virtual business units and functions.
• Be skilled in using tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, Gemini, Google Apps Scripts, Claude Code, and Tableau.
• Be proficient in leveraging AI tools to automate data analysis and workflow processes.
• Have a background in financial and budget data.
• Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on detail.
• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of providing structure and clarity in complex situations.
• Show a passion for streamlining intricate data collection and budget approval processes.
• Possess excellent communication skills, enabling the clear and effective presentation of complex data to non-technical audiences.
