Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluates estimates and files submitted by the Technical Repair Estimator team to ensure that the requests from the submitter have been fulfilled.

• Verifies the completion of estimates, support components, billing processes, and finalizes the file.

• Finalizes the estimate by providing a valuation for wood cabinetry and/or furniture.

• Follows up on any incomplete file submissions.

• Communicates subsequent steps to other team members.

• Assists the Operations Manager in analyzing team metrics, including cycle times.

• Identifies opportunities for streamlining or automating various processes and proposes these improvements to the Operations Manager.

• Provides clear and accurate estimates and replacement valuations that satisfy the submitter's requirements.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience.

• Basic understanding of woodworking, refinishing, and restoration techniques.

• Strong emphasis on customer service.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
