Operational Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Accountable for fostering continuous improvement, standardization, and skill development within the operations team.

• Improve service delivery quality by implementing comprehensive training programs and developing standardized best practices and tools.

• Function as a floating PFM during transitions or turnover periods in the APAC region.

• Offer direct supervision and support to on-site technical and soft services teams during coverage intervals.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations effectively.

• Perform operational diagnostics to evaluate on-site conditions and convert insights into actionable continuous improvement strategies.

• Create, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for operational tasks.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and spearhead initiatives to optimize workflows.

• Design and implement specialized training programs targeting both technical and soft skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of FM operational workflows within the FCDO account and industry standards.

• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and coaching capabilities.

• Skilled in process mapping tools (such as Visio) and data analysis (including Excel and Power BI).

• Expertise in change management with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Over 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Continuous Improvement positions.

• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering training programs.

• Experience with multi-site operations or floating resource models is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant software is essential.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
