Associate Director – Studio Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Studio Operations professionals, promoting accountability, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.

• Manage workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity across various Business Units.

• Ensure the efficient operation of studios by refining processes, workflows, and operational standards.

• Assess studio health through capacity planning, workload management, forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Serve as the operational escalation point for intricate staffing, delivery, and workflow issues.

• Collaborate with Studio Leaders, Project Managers, Account teams, and Creative teams to address operational challenges and enhance execution.

• Aid in pre-sales solution design by converting customer requirements into scalable staffing and delivery frameworks.

• Foster strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account teams to synchronize operational priorities.

• Leverage operational data to uncover trends, enhance performance, and guide business decisions.

• Promote operational consistency across Business Units by establishing governance, best practices, and scalable work methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading operations, workforce planning, resource management, or delivery teams within a creative, agency, consulting, or professional services setting.

• Deep understanding of capacity planning, utilization management, staffing, and operational performance metrics.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and cultivating high-performing teams.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience collaborating across various business functions.

• Analytical mindset capable of utilizing operational data to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Skill in balancing customer needs, business priorities, and team capacity in dynamic environments.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound operational judgment.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience in developing scalable operational processes and facilitating organizational change.
