• Assume responsibility for high-impact projects

• Oversee client engagements and provide mentorship to a team of consultants

• Propel business development initiatives and create persuasive proposals

• Collaborate with the Head of Consulting to establish a strategic vision for the practice

• Ensure that projects yield measurable outcomes and satisfy client expectations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in strategy or management consulting

• A minimum of 4 years specializing in life sciences or pharmaceuticals

• Comfortable collaborating with the Sales team during calls with potential clients

• Extensive expertise in either in-house roles or life sciences consultancy projects
