• Leading online training sessions

• Tracking client performance and engagement

• Responding to inquiries on our coaching platforms and Facebook groups

• Enhancing our coaching systems

• Identifying and adopting improved methods to support client growth

• Creating coaching resources to promote client success

• Streamlining coaching processes to achieve quicker outcomes

• Assisting clients in increasing profits, managing their time effectively, and building better businesses for themselves and their families

• Have extensive experience in coaching, leading, or developing individuals—not merely managing tasks

• Have taken responsibility for results in a high-performance setting

• Be competitive yet team-oriented; you desire success for others as well

• Be straightforward, genuine, and uninterested in corporate pretense

• Proactively seek feedback and utilize it for personal improvement

• Possess a strong grasp of business fundamentals—profit margins, cash flow, team management, and marketing strategies

• Experience in coaching, consulting, or business management is beneficial but not mandatory
