Strategy & BizOps Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of high-priority projects that lack a designated home, managing them from the initial scoping phase through to execution.

• Develop and refine essential operating rhythms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

• Design and enhance critical business processes across various functions.

• Create dashboards, metrics, and success indicators that provide leadership with improved visibility and decision-making capabilities.

• Design, implement, and optimize AI workflows, automations, and agent-driven processes using the current technology stack or by suggesting new tools.

• Assist in board and investor reporting, which includes conducting analyses and developing narratives.

• Collaborate across functions to swiftly and effectively address complex operational challenges.

• Establish structure in areas that currently lack it.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance (including investment banking, private equity), management consulting, or at a high-growth startup.

• Excellent analytical abilities, with a strong comfort level in working with financial data, modeling, and spreadsheet analysis.

• Ability to think structurally and break down ambiguous issues into actionable next steps.

• Strong execution capabilities and a commitment to owning outcomes from start to finish.

• Proven ability to quickly establish trust with internal stakeholders and work collaboratively across various functions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable transitioning between strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution without being hindered by organizational boundaries.

• Bonus points for experience in CDD/Private Equity consulting or analytical operational roles.

• Familiarity with business systems, workflow automation, or internal AI tools.

• Experience in supporting executive planning, preparing investor materials, or board preparation within a high-growth setting.

• Exposure to vertical SaaS, insurtech, or B2B operational models.
