Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the design, analysis, and reporting of results for both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of questionnaires, planning for data collection, and crafting proposals.

• Create and refine research reports.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of work through proofreading and quality assurance measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience and/or training.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes.

• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Passion for public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy.

• Fundamental understanding of statistics and quantitative research methodologies.
