Strategy and Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer’s Chief of Staff (COS) and the CMO to design and implement strategic projects that directly support our clinical strategy and business growth goals.

• Take ownership of the delivery of numerous high-profile, complex initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality and timely execution while remaining aligned with the company's priorities.

• Create strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps through thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis, converting insights into actionable business plans.

• Develop engaging presentations and deliverables that clearly outline objectives, track progress, and convey strategic recommendations to leadership teams.

• Design and oversee KPI frameworks, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure that initiatives consistently achieve the anticipated outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or related industries is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory environments being a significant advantage.

• Exceptional analytical and business development capabilities, with a proven track record of deconstructing complex problems, formulating compelling business cases, and analyzing operational data to inform decision-making.

• A strong history of successfully leading strategic initiatives from inception to delivery, including experience in planning, risk management, and performance optimization.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and various functional areas.

• A sense of curiosity and determination.

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MPH) is preferred.

• A vision for the future of healthcare and what it can and should become.
