Strategy and Operations Lead

đź“‹ Description

• Take charge of PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives, overseeing the company's most critical projects from prioritization to execution, ensuring every initiative has defined ownership, measurable outcomes, and visibility at the executive level.

• Direct intricate cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution, collaborating with teams in Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to achieve tangible business results.

• Assist in the development and expansion of PatientIQ's Strategic Program Office (SPO) by implementing governance, operational rhythms, portfolio management, and accountability systems that empower the company to execute on a large scale.

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and the executive leadership team on strategic planning, executive operating cycles, organizational priorities, board and leadership communications, and other high-impact initiatives essential to the business.

• Create executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and communications that simplify complex information into clear decisions, align stakeholders, and facilitate quicker, higher-quality execution.

• Establish and assess business impact by creating KPI frameworks, monitoring strategic initiatives, identifying risks early, and ensuring investments yield measurable operational and commercial results.

• Promote AI-driven methodologies by standardizing AI-enhanced workflows, automating manual tasks, and integrating AI into team planning, communication, analysis, and execution—creating significant leverage throughout the organization.

• Foster accountability across the organization by clarifying ownership, streamlining decision-making, eliminating execution barriers, and sustaining focus on the company's key priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations at a rapidly growing SaaS or technology company.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous inquiries, pinpointing crucial issues, and formulating clear, actionable recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing concise, executive-ready materials independently.

• Proven capability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and foster accountability across teams without formal authority.

• Strong business acumen—you know when to delve deeper into analysis, when to offer recommendations, and when to guide the organization towards a decision.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while retaining a comprehensive perspective of the overall business context.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift, information may be incomplete, and the path forward isn't always clear.

• Strong sense of ownership—you do not wait for perfect guidance and are adept at establishing structure, defining work, and driving it to completion.

• Proficient in AI and modern productivity tools, with a keen interest in employing technology to enhance analysis, communication, and organizational efficiency.

• Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS is a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Prior experience in a healthcare technology environment.
