Strategy and Operations Associate, Supply Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for supply quality concerns for Curri's key customers.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Curri's external BPO team.

• Execute and continually enhance Curri's primary driver quality programs and processes.

• Collaborate with teams to identify, escalate, and resolve supply quality challenges.

• Monitor metrics related to driver quality programs, utilizing spreadsheets and SQL for data organization.

• Progress towards complete ownership of supply quality escalations for major clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management.

• A skilled problem solver capable of diagnosing root causes and determining effective operational strategies.

• Ability to manage stakeholders across various functions and levels comfortably.

• A data-centric approach, employing spreadsheets and SQL for information organization.

• Strong sense of ownership, able to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions to fruition.

• Bonus points for prior startup experience and advanced SQL proficiency.
