This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), which include the consolidation of KPIs, development of presentations, and synthesis of executive-level trends.
• Oversee weekly and monthly reporting cycles by collecting, validating, and analyzing metrics from various functions.
• Construct, maintain, and improve dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and documentation for operating rhythms.
• Facilitate quarterly reforecasting by gathering inputs from GTM and operational sources while supporting forecasting models for channels.
• Assess the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of forecasting assumptions and data inputs.
• Develop presentations and summary materials that are ready for executive review during reforecasting and business evaluations.
• Conduct quantitative analyses regarding GTM channel performance, operational initiatives, and strategic priorities.
• Create and sustain Excel-based financial and operational models to aid in planning and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and convey business insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights that promote operational enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, or a similar analytical area.
• Proven experience in supporting executive reporting, business reviews, forecasting, or operational planning activities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating presentations for an executive audience.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to present findings to leadership effectively.
• Competence in meeting deadlines with a strong focus on detail and motivation.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Solid organizational and time management skills for handling multiple concurrent workstreams.
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to function effectively in ambiguous situations.
