This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize Blue Rose's data and tools to transform insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

• Assess campaign requirements and quickly establish credibility with candidates, clients, and senior staff.

• Proactively tackle ambiguous and open-ended tasks.

• Function effectively in a dynamic environment where plans frequently evolve and prompt responses are essential.

• Provide input on Blue Rose’s tools and assist in refining offerings for the year 2028.

• Support campaigns and organizations that are influencing the 2028 presidential primaries and general election.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several election cycles of experience in Democratic politics within campaigns, party committees, or political consultancies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience presenting to principals and senior staff that influences campaign strategies.

• Strong political acumen and a proactive approach to action.

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and data without requiring a technical background.

• A disposition of kindness, humility, and a collaborative attitude.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work legally in the United States.
