This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a key member of our Agent Strategist team at Sierra, you will collaborate with our Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to outline, develop, and deploy AI agents that manage thousands of customer interactions daily.
• You will take on a pivotal role in the development of agents by integrating product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights to create high-quality agents.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding their AI strategies effectively.
• Design, build, and enhance conversational AI agents, gaining firsthand experience in the development and refinement of these products.
• Lead the execution and delivery of various complex, high-profile agent development initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the entire agent development lifecycle.
• Ensure clear and effective communication among all stakeholders while establishing strong relationships.
• Provide data-driven, strategic insights to assist both customers and internal team decision-making.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, promoting collaboration and advancing projects with clarity.
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles, allowing you to serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams as we transform visionary ideas into functional agents.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to comprehend intricate concepts, identify risks and challenges, formulate mitigation strategies, and navigate unexpected issues in customer relationships and product development.
• Leadership and Project Management: Demonstrated capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently, motivating and guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding agents.
• Foundational Knowledge: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience that showcases comparable expertise is highly advantageous.
• An MBA or relevant experience at the intersection of technology and operations is an additional strong advantage.
