Strategic Technology Partner – Product Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance and upkeep for the EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to guarantee peak performance and availability

• Identify and resolve system issues in collaboration with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams

• Aid in the integration of new tools and platforms with current systems to improve workflows and data connectivity

• Enhance system configurations to align with business goals and boost operational efficiency

• Offer strategic insights to vendor relationship managers regarding system improvements and prospective technology investments

• Create and manage comprehensive documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience

• Extensive knowledge of health tech systems, integrations, and the challenges faced in a dynamic startup environment

• Proficiency in supporting EHR, CRM, scheduling, and other technological systems

• Capability to identify and resolve system issues effectively

• Skills in facilitating system integrations and ensuring data connectivity

• Expertise in optimizing system configurations

• Ability to develop and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations

• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams
