Strategic Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to evaluate their requirements and align Waterplan’s offerings with their objectives.

• Serve as the primary internal owner for assigned accounts and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

• Develop long-term partnership strategies that promote renewals, growth, and significant impact.

• Gain insights into customers’ businesses, stakeholder interactions, challenges, and software necessities.

• Enhance relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability leaders at global organizations.

• Create customized strategies for various industries and regions based on client insights and market developments.

• Identify and cultivate new use cases to influence Waterplan’s product advancement.

• Support clients with product usage, onboarding, data collection, and setting objectives for water-related targets.

• Represent Waterplan at site visits, webinars, and industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics, or customer success.

• Educational background in industrial engineering, business, economics, environmental studies, or related analytical disciplines.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-sufficient and proactive, with excellent task and note management skills.

• Inquisitive and inventive, eager to learn new subjects, skills, and challenges.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

• Passionate about sustainability and data-driven decision-making.

• Team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Must reside in Madrid, Spain.
